    The MB-104 passive window and door system with a thermal break ensures the highest thermal insulation and meets all the requirements for elements used in passive buildings.

    This system is used for implementation of elements of external architecture, e.g., various types of windows, doors, porch enclosures, display windows, and spatial structures. Apart from perfect thermal insulation, the system features very good acoustic insulation, water penetration, and air tightness. It also provide high durability of the structure.

    The structure of system MB-104 Passive comes in two versions depending on requirements concerning thermal energy savings: SI and AERO.

    The parameters of windows and doors made in the MB-104 Passive system exceed current requirements of the most stringent applicable regulations and standards. That is why the MB-104 Passive system excels in terms of energy-saving and is dedicated to passive construction.

    Windows, exterior door, tilt and slide windows

    Frame: 95 mm, sash: 104 mm

    Glazing thickness: frame (27-72) mm, sash (34.5-81) mm. Dedicated triple glazing (two-chamber) with the heat transfer coefficient 0.6 W/(m2K) for windows, 1.3 W/(m2K) for doors. Possibility to use glass with increased acoustic insulation qualities, toughened, safe, anti-burglary, ornamental, or anti-sun glass.

    ROTO AL DESIGNO, ALU KARO, FAPIM GALICUBE. Window hardware equipped with a mishandling device, a sash lift*, and micro-ventilation in the scissor stay**

    The window is equipped with EPDM double sealing system available in black colour

    The system is available in RAL and DECORAL colours
