At a time of growing requirements in the field of energy management and environmental protection, the value of the heat transfer coefficient is of key importance. The MB-70 HI system with a three-chamber structure, characterised by high insulation performance, owing to the low value of the heat transfer coefficient (UD from 1.03 W/m2k) meets these requirements.
Additionally, the construction depth of the door sections is 70 mm for both the leaf and the frame, owing to which the effect of flush profile surface can be received, delivering slender and durable design. There are also available door leaf expansion profiles that allow to avoid the thermal phenomenon occurring when bending large-size leaves. The system also uses specially formed 24 mm wide omega-shaped insulating inserts made of polyamide reinforced with glass fibre.
The combination of all these implemented solutions has allowed to achieve enhanced thermal insulation.
