CONSTRUCTION
Windows, external and internal doors, displays with doors. The MB-78 EI system achieved the Technical Approvals ITB no. AT-15-6006/2006 and AT-15-6006/2011.
PROFILE DEPTH
Thermally insulated aluminium profiles, 78 mm wide
GLAZING
Glazing thickness (6–65) mm. All typical fireproof panes can be used as infill, as well as layered opaque elements composed of sheet metal and appropriate panels providing the required fire protection.
Classes: EI 15, EI 30, EI 45, EI 60, EI 90 acc. to EN 13501-2; classes EI 15, EI 30, EI 45, EI 60 acc. to AT-15-6006/2016.
HARDWARE
Hardware acc. to DIN 18273 standard
SEALING
Glazing sealing and frame sealing made of EPDM synthetic rubber acc. to DIN7863, DIN7715 E2, or ISO3302-1 standards. Sealings joined together in the gluing process. Ceramic sealings installed between the glazing and steel holders.
COLOUR
The system is available in RAL and DECORAL colours
FIRE INSULATION
Filling elements made of plasterboard or alternatively with CI cooling infills and silicate-cement boards
THERMAL INSULATION
UF — from 1.6 W/(m2K), UW — 1.45 W/(m2K)
